Every company has its own approach to evaluating performance, setting goals, and involving employees in these processes. The new features in Humand’s Performance and Goals modules make it easier to adapt these processes and define how they are managed within the platform.

Customize your performance and goal cycles

Not every team takes part in the same evaluation processes or needs to use the same rating scales. As an admin, you can now:

  • Segment goal cycles by defining which groups of employees participate in each one.
  • Create custom rating scales for performance cycles by setting the minimum and maximum rating values.

Define who can manage goals

Admins can now choose which roles can create, edit, or delete goals based on how your organization works.

  • Admins and Leaders.
  • Admins and Owners.
  • Admins, Leaders, and Owners.

This allows each company to define who is involved in goal management and maintain a workflow that fits its needs.

Find each employee’s goals faster

When the same goal is assigned to multiple people, finding the information you need can be challenging. Admins can now:

  • Search directly by an employee’s name.
  • Access all of their goals from the Explore section.

How can these new features help?

  • Need different teams to participate in different cycles? Define who participates in each one.
  • Does your organization use its own rating scale? Configure the values that best fit your performance cycle.
  • Want to define who can modify goals? Choose which roles can create, edit, or delete them.
  • Looking for a specific employee’s goals? Find them directly by name from Admin.

With these updates, Humand offers more flexibility for managing talent, adapting cycles, defining responsibilities, and making goal management easier based on each organization’s needs.
