The new features in Time Off make it easier to support different ways of working, local regulations, and administrative needs, so each policy can better fit the reality of every team.
Adapt policies to the way you work
Policies can now account for specific situations within your organization and connect with other time management processes.
- Indicate whether an employee works remotely, so the Time & Attendance module can recognize it automatically.
- Adapt vacation policies to local regulations in Colombia, allowing employees to receive payment for part of their vacation days.
Get a clearer view of each employee’s balance
The Advanced Balance Report now lets you see how each employee’s Available Time is made up based on the cycle it belongs to.
By enabling “Show details by cycle,” you can:
- Identify where the balance comes from: See how much time belongs to each cycle with a non-zero balance.
- View each cycle separately: See one column per cycle, ordered from most recent to oldest.
- Review negative balances: Also view cycles with a negative balance when allowed by the policy.
- Export the details: Include cycle-level information in report files.
This makes it easy to understand how each employee’s total balance is made up without having to do additional calculations.
How can these updates help?
- Do you manage teams that work remotely? Identify remote work requests so they are also reflected correctly in Time & Attendance.
- Do you operate in Colombia? Adapt your vacation policy to allow employees to receive payment for part of their vacation days.
- Need to understand where an employee’s balance comes from? View the details for each cycle directly from the report.
These updates make Time Off more adaptable to the different ways each organization manages time off, absences, and remote work.
