When manual processes limit HR’s impact
Before implementing Humand, a large part of Relectroni’s HR processes were managed manually. This created operational friction, wasted time, and made it difficult to turn information into actionable insights:
Surveys and evaluations conducted on paper, requiring printing and manual collection.
Delays of two to five days to collect document signatures.
Difficulty analyzing evaluation results and turning them into useful data for decision-making.
Limitations in coordinating training sessions based on employees’ availability.

Digitizing processes to gain time and clarity
With the implementation of Humand, Relectroni was able to centralize internal communications, surveys and evaluations, payroll receipt signatures, training programs, and onboarding in a single digital space. This made it possible to automate administrative tasks, reduce turnaround times, and simplify access to information for both HR teams and employees.
Evaluations began to be managed digitally, making it easier to comply with regulatory requirements such as NOM-035 and, most importantly, to obtain clear indicators to identify improvement opportunities and development needs across teams.
At the same time, digital document signing significantly reduced administrative processing times and eliminated unnecessary manual workflows.

More access, higher participation, and a better employee experience
Digitalization also transformed the employee experience. Training content became available on the platform, allowing each person to access it at a time that best fits their schedule. This led to greater clarity around objectives, roles, and responsibilities within the organization.
In addition, with the implementation of the Onboarding module, new employees were able to integrate more quickly, engaging from day one and feeling supported from the very beginning.
One of Humand’s key differentiators was its ease of use, which enabled rapid adoption across the organization.
““Employees have learned to use Humand very easily, regardless of whether they are young or older. The platform has been extremely helpful for both the organization and the employee.””
