Manual processes and limited visibility for decision-making

Before implementing Humand, much of Grupo Paolini’s people management relied on manual tasks and scattered tools. Payslips were delivered on paper, while performance evaluations were managed by sending forms individually to each leader and employee.

In addition to being time-consuming and increasing the risk of errors, this process made it difficult to track results and generate reliable metrics. Everything depended on the emails being sent and the figures being calculated manually.

Without centralized information, the Human Resources team had limited visibility into its processes and fewer tools to analyze results and make decisions.

Internal communication: employees share updates, training content, and project progress through a common channel, strengthening connections across teams and departments.

Documents: payslips are distributed entirely digitally. Each employee can receive and sign them directly through the platform, without paper or manual workflows.

Surveys: these help the company understand the overall pulse of the organization and workplace climate, while providing real-time results to support decision-making.

Performance review: the process is configured once and automatically distributed to leaders and employees, simplifying the management and tracking of each stage.

From manual processes to greater visibility

One of the most significant changes for the Human Resources team was having all the information in one place. What once required reviewing emails, consolidating spreadsheets, and performing manual calculations can now be viewed through a dashboard with real-time data.
