Dispersed information and limited access for plant teams
One of Gestamp Argentina’s main challenges was bringing together information that was spread across different spaces and channels. For the Human Resources team, finding a tool capable of communicating the organization’s different priorities and centralizing them in one place had become a strategic need.
This was compounded by a challenge inherent to industrial operations: a large portion of employees work on the plant floor and do not have permanent access to a computer or a corporate email account.
The company needed a solution that would allow everyone to access the same information easily, regardless of their role, location, or the tools available to them during the workday.
From multiple channels to a mobile-accessible experience
With Humand, Gestamp Argentina was able to centralize its communications and bring them directly to each employee’s phone. As a result, plant teams could access information from their own mobile devices at any time of day. Employees without a corporate email account can sign up using their national ID number, receive a code, and create their own password, removing a barrier that had previously limited access.
For the Human Resources team, this change made it possible to bring information closer to the entire organization and provide a shared experience, even for employees with very different ways of working.
A platform that continues to grow alongside the organization
Today, Humand plays a strategic role in Gestamp Argentina’s internal communications and continues to expand its use cases, bringing more and more resources into the platform.

The platform also made it possible to measure user behavior more accurately. In an industry accustomed to tracking daily, weekly, and monthly indicators, having access to real-time reports marked an important change for the team.
More than 90% of employees onboarded and greater visibility
One of the most tangible results was bringing more than 90% of employees onto the platform. The team can view metrics in real time and understand how adoption is evolving, which is especially valuable in a large-scale operation.
The process also included migrating from another app that was already being used in Brazil, adding an extra layer of complexity. Throughout the transition, Humand’s support was key to resolving questions, answering inquiries, and giving the Human Resources team confidence.
The impact goes beyond bringing information together in one place. For Gestamp, the platform also created a closer, more accessible experience aligned with the reality of its production teams.
