Internal applications and referrals
The latest update expands opportunities to find talent within your own organization by bringing employees into the recruiting process.
What can employees do on the platform?
- View open positions available to be shared internally.
- Apply in one click, directly through Humand.
- Refer candidates and add a comment about their profile.
From Admin, recruiters can choose which job openings to publish on the internal portal, so employees only see the opportunities selected for them.
More flexibility when posting jobs
Every hiring process requires a different strategy. We’ve added new options to make it easier to configure and share job postings in fewer steps:
- Duplicate jobs: Create a new draft based on an existing job, while keeping its stages, forms, and descriptions.
- Post on multiple job boards: Choose which sites to publish each job on and manage the visibility of each channel independently.

- Want to include internal talent in your searches? Publish the openings you want to share internally and receive applications and referrals directly through Humand.
- Do you often create similar job openings? Duplicate an existing job and start with an already configured setup.
