We continue to work on making your assessment processes increasingly precise and transparent. We’re introducing new features to the Performance module that allow you to customize reviews by role and provide employees with much more detailed visibility into their results.

 

Why does it matter?

The ability to use different templates based on who is evaluating makes the process far more relevant and fair. Furthermore, transparency is key to development: when employees understand exactly where their final score comes from, they can identify their strengths and areas for improvement with greater clarity, increasing engagement with their own growth.

 

What’s included?

The Development module adds new functionalities to optimize your process structure and deepen results analysis:

  • Independent templates by direction: Configure specific forms for self-assessments, leaders, or peers within the same evaluation cycle.
  • Custom weighting: Define different weights for each direction and section, tailoring the importance of each metric to your team’s reality.
  • Detailed score visualization: Employees can now see a breakdown of their rating by direction, in addition to their final score.
  • Automatic weight distribution: The system distributes weights equitably by default, simplifying the initial setup for each direction.

 

How to leverage these tools in your review cycles?

  • Want objectives to be evaluated only by the leader and the employee?” → Use independent templates so the objectives section doesn’t appear in peer reviews.
  • Want an employee to understand why they received a specific grade?” → Allow them to view their score by direction so they can identify the difference between their self-assessment and their team’s perspective.
  • Need peer feedback to have less weight than the manager’s?” → Adjust the weighting by direction to assign the exact percentage your strategy requires.
