Decentralized processes in a fast-growing company

Klimber was founded with the mission of making insurance products accessible to people historically left out of the system in Latin America. Internally, that same drive to eliminate friction was facing a common challenge for growing companies: internal processes were decentralized and spread across multiple tools.

Onboarding, leave requests, training, payslip signing, and even room bookings all operated through separate workflows. There was no single structure to reinforce company culture or a clear channel to reach the entire workforce.

The HR team was spending too much time on operational and repetitive tasks that could clearly be automated, taking focus away from what truly mattered: decision-making and meaningful human connection.

A fast implementation with close support

Klimber was looking for a tool that matched the standards of its own product: agile, intuitive, and capable of bringing everything together in one place. Humand aligned with that vision from day one.

In less than a month, the platform was fully integrated and up and running. The team especially highlights the support they received throughout the process: they felt heard, which opened the door to creative collaboration and the co-creation of new sections as new needs emerged.

One platform to enhance the employee experience

Today, Humand is one of Klimber’s main internal communication and management channels. Some of the modules that made the biggest impact include:

  • Internal communication: Humand acts as another communication channel within the company ecosystem, ensuring information reaches everyone equally, whether they are in Buenos Aires, Córdoba, or Brazil.
  • Onboarding and HR processes: New employee onboarding was fully centralized within the platform. What previously existed in disconnected workflows (welcome process, access management, documentation, initial training) is now managed from a single place.
  • Documents and payslips: More than 90% of employees sign their payslips directly through Humand, eliminating manual processes and email back-and-forth.
  • Space reservations: Booking spaces used to be a recurring operational issue, which is now solved directly through the app.
  • Marketplace: This is one of the most widely adopted modules across the company. Employees actively use it to buy and sell items among themselves. One employee even completed five successful listings during a move, showing the level of real engagement the feature has within the company culture.

“Humand provided us with an outstanding service. In less than a month, everything was fully integrated. We felt heard, and that gave us the confidence to collaborate creatively and build new sections together”

Humanizing digitalization

For Klimber, the challenge was never just about digitizing 100% of its processes, but about strengthening the human side of operations within a tech company. Today, they have achieved a balance between both worlds: automating operational tasks while also strengthening connections between employees and teams distributed across different countries.

Talent retention and employee care are part of Klimber’s DNA, and Humand became a key tool for maintaining a culture built on closeness while the company continues to scale.
