Before using the Humand app, Bass Tech operated without a dedicated HR platform. Communications were handled through WhatsApp groups, and internal processes such as time-off requests, overtime, and performance evaluations were managed manually, using spreadsheets, emails, and even paper.
The lack of a centralized system made it difficult to track, organize, and monitor employee needs, consuming significant time, especially for a company facing growing complexity and demand.

Why Humand?
As its first digital HR platform, Humand stood out by offering multiple solutions in a single app, especially the Service Portal and the HR Chat.

A smooth implementation, a cultural shift
Between March and May 2025, Bass Tech rolled out Humand’s core modules, including Chat, Organizational Chart, Digital Magazine, Knowledge Library, Documents, Leave Management, Onboarding & Offboarding, Quick Links, Employee Experience, and the module for Birthdays, Celebrations, and Work Anniversaries.
Within just a few weeks, the platform became an essential part of its internal operations.
Now, employees request vacation and overtime directly through the portal, which automatically generates reports and saves the HR team 2 to 3 hours of work per week.
Digital evaluations are fully documented, and internal communication has shifted from informal messages to structured updates that are visible across the entire organization.
