Creating a course or learning path means deciding how content is shared, how learning is certified, and how to support those who still have unfinished learning paths.
The Learning module in Humand now includes new tools to manage the entire process in one place.
New resources available
You can now adjust different aspects of training so that each learning experience has the setup it needs:
- Add materials to sessions: Share supporting files and recordings so employees can access the content before, during, or after the training.
- Customize certificates: Automatically include the employee’s name on the certificate.
- Set specific deadlines: Establish the same completion date for all employees.
Follow-up notifications
Admins can send a notification to employees who haven’t started or completed a Learning Path yet.
Learning in action
- Need everyone to complete a training by a specific date? Set a single deadline for all employees.
- Want a session to remain available afterward? Share its materials and recording.
- Do some employees have unfinished learning paths? Send them a notification to help them stay on track.
These updates make it easier to adapt each learning experience and support employees from start to finish.
