We are evolving the Learning module to make your team’s training more organized and accessible. We’re introducing a new feature that allows you to structure your courses using categories and subcategories, designed to offer a much clearer, more modern, and efficient browsing experience.
Why does it matter?
Intuitive navigation is key for teams to adopt a habit of continuous learning. When content is poorly organized, users can feel overwhelmed or waste time searching for what they need.
By allowing up to three levels of hierarchy, the platform adapts to complex training structures, ensuring that every course is exactly where it needs to be.
What’s included?
We have incorporated new management tools that allow total control over your content architecture:
- Three-level Hierarchy: You can now organize courses using Categories, Subcategories (Level 1), and Sub-subcategories (Level 2).
- Settings management: A centralized panel to create and organize your courses into main categories and up to two sub-levels.
- Refreshed navigation and filters: A new experience on both web and mobile, allowing users to find specific topics in seconds.
- Administrative Control: Smart validations that maintain order and prevent errors or gaps in the hierarchy.
- Cascade deactivation: When a main category is deactivated, its subcategories are automatically hidden to prevent users from seeing labels without context.
- Deletion validation: The system prevents the deletion of categories containing active sub-levels, ensuring an organized restructuring.
Real-life use cases
How can you apply this structure to improve your daily operations? Here are some examples:
- “Need to organize onboarding by area?” → Create a “Welcome” category, with subcategories like “Company Culture” and “Department-Specific Processes.”
- “Looking to segment technical training?” → Structure your catalog as Engineering > Programming Languages > Python.
- “Want the sales team to find sales material fast?” → Define categories as Products > 2026 Season > Monthly Launches.
Transform your corporate academy into a more powerful and organized tool. This feature is now available within the Learning module.
