The ability to manually complete courses and filter certificate downloads reduces HR’s operational workload. Manual adjustment of training records
Administrators now have the authority to mark a course as completed on behalf of an employee.
- Manual course completion: With this update, you can mark training as completed on behalf of any employee.
- Specific status overrides: Manual completion is now available for incomplete courses currently in In Progress, Pending, or Pending Signature status.
- Automatic grading: When manually closing a course, quiz-type lessons are automatically marked complete with the highest available grade.
Targeted certificate downloads
Bulk certificate downloading now includes a pre-filtering step. You can select one or multiple segments (such as locations or business units) to receive only the specific documentation you need.
- Segmented certificate downloads: Filter by specific community groups before executing a bulk download.
- Custom destination email: Simplify sharing with third parties by entering any email address to receive the generated file.

- “A group of employees completed in-person technical training, and you need their progress to reflect as approved in the system.” → Use the Complete option from the course report to instantly update their profiles without requiring them to go through the digital modules.
