You can now notify your entire organization whenever an employee receives a recognition, ensuring achievements extend beyond the Recognition feed.
With this feature, you can:
- Share every recognition with the entire organization through a notification.
- Reach more employees, even if they don’t regularly visit the Recognition module.
- Enable or disable these notifications based on your organization’s communication strategy.
This gives every recognition the opportunity to engage more people and reinforce a culture of appreciation.
Find kudos faster
To make it easier to locate specific recognitions, we’ve introduced new category filters.
You can now:
- Filter the Recognition feed by category to see only the recognitions you’re looking for.
- Switch easily between categories or return to the full feed at any time.
- Browse all available recognition categories.
This makes it much faster to explore recognition history, even in organizations with a high volume of posts.

Employees participating in a points-based recognition program can now browse the rewards catalog and redeem rewards directly from Humand’s web platform.
From the web, employees can:
- View their available points.
- Browse the rewards catalog before redeeming points.
- Redeem rewards during the redemption periods defined by the organization.
- Review their redemption history to track the status of each request.
This allows employees to participate in the recognition program from whichever device they use every day.
