To make it easier to distribute content across different spaces, you can now:
- Share a post to the Feed or any Group where you have publishing permissions.
- Add your own message, files, or polls to provide additional context before sharing.
- Keep a link to the original post, so any updates are reflected automatically.
This allows information to reach more people without duplicating posts, while keeping a single source of truth.
Publish with confidence
Ever had to stop writing a post before you could finish it? From now on, the editor automatically saves your work as you type, both for posts and comments in Feed & Groups.
With autosave, you can:
- Recover your content when you return to the editor.
- Continue writing right where you left off.
- Avoid losing posts or comments because of accidental interruptions while editing.
This makes content creation more reliable, so you can stay focused on your message instead of worrying about losing your work.
Share richer content
Every organization uses different formats to communicate information. To provide a more flexible experience, the module now supports additional file types in Feed and Group posts:
- Videos
- Audio files
- Images
- GIFs
This makes it easier to share multimedia content from any device while providing a consistent experience across web and mobile.
Better organized groups
Keeping group membership aligned with your organization helps reduce confusion and ensures each group accurately reflects its active members.
What happens when an employee is deactivated?
- They no longer appear in the group’s member list or member count.
- They remain a member of the group, and are automatically restored when reactivated.
- Member lists display only active employees, for both employees and administrators.
This keeps groups up to date automatically, without requiring admins to reassign members when someone returns.
How do these updates help?
- Need to share a post with another team without recreating it? Share it directly to the Feed or a Group and add any context you need.
- Got interrupted while writing a post? Your content is saved automatically, so you can pick up where you left off.
- Want to share videos, audio, or photos captured on an iPhone? You can now attach them directly to your posts.
- Planning an internal communication campaign? Copy the link to a scheduled post and include it in other communications before it’s published.
