In the daily flow of work, urgent or high-impact communications can get buried under the constant stream of posts. By enabling a preview at the top of the Feed, we guarantee that strategic messages get the spotlight they need. This not only improves the reach of your communications but also saves employees time by allowing them to view essential content immediately.
Direct access: How does the Feed preview work?
- Full Feed integration: View featured posts (from both the main Feed and Groups) in a collapsible component at the top of the screen.
- Custom configuration: Administrators can activate the preview and define a visibility window between 1 and 7 days.
- Smart ordering: The system automatically prioritizes announcements based on their expiration date, showing the most urgent ones first.
- Web & mobile experience: View one preview at a time on mobile devices and up to two on the desktop version for agile navigation.
- Expiration control: The preview automatically disappears once the set period ends, even if the post remains marked as “Important” in its original section.
How to leverage it in your communication?
- Institutional launches: Highlight the announcement of new benefits or company policies to ensure every member sees them as soon as they open the app.
- Event reminders: Use the preview to notify the team about survey deadlines or upcoming corporate events during the week prior.
