A challenge of distance and scale
Operating across four countries and seven islands, Constance Hotels & Resorts needed more than a traditional internal communication tool. They needed a digital space to unify communications, strengthen culture, and support HR processes from one centralized location. After using Workplace since early 2022, they began looking for a long-term platform that could handle more than just messaging.

Why Humand?
The team selected Humand for three reasons: its range of features, its agility as a young, responsive company, and its competitive pricing. They were impressed by how many HR touchpoints the platform covered—from onboarding and learning to internal recognition and communication. Humand offered the familiarity they were used to, plus the innovation they were looking for.

A simple start with strong adoption
The implementation, launched in December 2024, wasn’t without its bumps—but once updates addressed initial challenges, it was “smooth as ice cream”, as quoted by Adarsh. Today, Humand acts as the company’s only internal communication platform across 12 units on 7 islands, bringing employees together through tools like Chat, Files, Live Streaming, Onboarding, Learning, Recognition, and more.
Among the most welcomed features are the Recognition and Learning modules, which have helped improve employee engagement and development at scale. Onboarding has also been made more efficient, and new modules like Forms and Marketplace are on the way.
““Humand helps us connect teams across seven islands, streamline our HR processes, and reach every employee with the right message at the right time. It’s more than a communication tool—it’s a centralized platform that supports our people, culture, and growth.””
