The challenge of reaching everyone with the same information
Before implementing Humand, X-28 Alarmas managed many of its communications and processes through different channels: emails, chats, informal conversations, multiple folders with shared access, and separate applications for each need.
This meant information was scattered, and certain processes did not always reach every team in the same way. The challenge was especially clear in areas such as production, where many employees do not have daily access to a computer.
In this context, some communications were missed, certain questions depended on word of mouth, and tracking internal requests became more difficult for both employees and the Human Resources team.
X-28 needed a tool that could support the company’s growth while also adapting to the everyday reality of its teams. The goal was to find a simple, mobile, and easy-to-adopt platform.
From email and word of mouth to an experience accessible from a mobile phone
With the implementation of Humand, X-28 was able to centralize its internal communications and move different day-to-day processes into a shared platform for the entire organization.
This change was especially important for teams that do not work in front of a computer. With the platform available on mobile phones, employees began accessing company announcements, documents, internal requests, and updates more easily.
For the Human Resources team, this made it possible to bring information closer to more people and offer a shared experience across areas with very different work dynamics.
A platform to organize daily management
Today, Humand plays an increasingly important role within X-28 Alarmas and continues to incorporate new uses as needs arise across different areas of the organization.
- Feed: serves as a central internal communication channel. The company uses it to share news, announcements, and relevant information, not only from Human Resources but also from other areas.
- Service Management: helps organize requests that previously came in through email, chat, or informal conversations. During the first quarter of 2026, X-28 recorded more than 900 interactions in this module.
- Time Off: simplifies the management of internal requests related to employees’ day-to-day needs.
- Onboarding: helped build a clearer process for new hires by centralizing information, documentation, and follow-up surveys at three and six months.
- Surveys: makes it possible to better understand the employee experience and follow up on different moments within the organization.
- Knowledge Library: brings together key documents, procedures, and materials so employees can find them in one place.
In addition, the platform enables information to be segmented so each person can access the documents and content that correspond to their role or area. This helped reduce dispersion and turn Humand into an internal point of reference for the entire company.
The entire workforce active and adoption that continues to grow
Today, X-28 has its entire workforce on Humand, with more than 300 active users on the platform. The company also included external providers who are part of the organization’s day-to-day operations, so they can receive important communications through the same channel.
Humand continues to grow within X-28 and add new uses as different areas find opportunities to organize processes, bring information closer, and improve the internal experience.
The impact goes beyond gathering information in one place. For the company, the platform made it possible to bring communication and processes to each employee’s mobile phone, making the experience simpler, more accessible, and clearer for everyone.
“Today, employees know that any question they have or any company-related process they need to complete can be found in Humand.”
