A training experience that was difficult to centralize

Before implementing Humand, training at Agrofina was managed independently. Each course had its own format, approach, and contracting process, with no shared space to bring content together and make it available to employees.

This lack of centralization made it difficult to ensure continuity in learning and meant that access to materials depended on manual processes. A similar situation affected internal communication and various Human Resources processes, which were spread across different channels and tools.

Agrofina needed a solution that would help organize these experiences, simplify their management, and connect the entire organization in one place.

  • Training and courses: The company created a content library where employees can explore different options and manage their own learning. Training is no longer limited to one-off sessions, and content remains available for employees to access at any time.
  • Internal communication: News, announcements, and company culture content reach every team through a shared channel.
  • Onboarding: The onboarding of new employees is organized through a structured digital process from day one.
  • Leave and time-off requests: All requests are managed directly through Humand, reducing the use of paper forms and simplifying follow-up.

Continuous learning and a more connected culture

The transformation went beyond simplifying processes. Today, Agrofina’s 450 employees have a shared space where they can exchange information, access learning content, and stay connected to the company culture, regardless of their role or location.

Training has also become more flexible and sustainable. Employees can access the library, explore the available content, and progress at their own pace, reducing the need to coordinate isolated training sessions and manage each instance manually.
