- Leave and time-off requests: All requests are managed directly through Humand, reducing the use of paper forms and simplifying follow-up.

The transformation went beyond simplifying processes. Today, Agrofina’s 450 employees have a shared space where they can exchange information, access learning content, and stay connected to the company culture, regardless of their role or location.
