Dreams by Design Travel had spent more than six years using Workplace to stay organized and in sync across its network of travel advisors. It became a core part of their daily operations. When Meta announced the upcoming deactivation of the platform in 2026, the team knew they needed to act quickly to find a solution that felt just as familiar—without sacrificing performance, structure, or continuity.

These included the Internal Social Network, Chat, Magazine, Knowledge Libraries, Documents, Company Policies, Quick Links, Service Management, Birthdays and Anniversaries, and Events.nnWith tools like the Service Portal and Onboarding Surveys, they introduced new ways to manage internal processes—bringing more structure and clarity to their day-to-day operations.
