A company that’s everywhere
With a 30-year trajectory, Loginter is a large company with a presence everywhere and an equally widespread workforce: administrative offices, warehouses, port terminals, and drivers traveling Argentina’s roads every day.
That same scale that makes it a key player in the industry was also its biggest challenge. Ensuring that important news reached everyone at the same time was not simply an infrastructure issue.
Internal communication relied on corporate email, a tool that a significant part of the workforce simply could not access, since drivers and port operators did not work with computers. To reach them, Loginter relied on physical bulletin boards that were difficult to maintain, with papers blowing away and messages arriving late or not arriving at all. As a result, communication reached only half of the company instead of the entire organization.
On top of that, without a direct communication channel, employees from different areas and locations barely knew each other. The Loginter community existed, but there was no shared space where people could truly connect.
The search for a single communication channel
Loginter needed a communication solution capable of reaching every employee simultaneously, regardless of location. A platform that didn’t require a corporate email address, that was easy to adopt, and that could serve as a meeting point for a workforce that had previously operated in silos.
Humand proved to be the solution that best adapted to that reality. With access as simple as downloading an app, it immediately removed the organization’s biggest barrier to reaching operational teams.
From day one, Loginter found in Humand a team willing to listen to their needs and work together to solve them, creating a collaborative dynamic focused on improving both the platform and Loginter’s internal processes.
That dynamic continues to this day. The HR team brings forward ideas, discusses them with Humand, and together they define how to implement them. It is a living collaboration that understands the platform as something built through continuous use, rather than a closed product.
More than a communication app
Today, 100% of the HR team is on Humand, and nearly 70% of the workforce is already active on the platform.
Inside the app, all ages, roles, and work environments across Loginter coexist, and the platform works equally well for everyone. Some of the most valuable day-to-day uses include:
- Internal communication: Announcements, updates, and campaigns reach every employee directly, no matter where they are.
- Social Network: One of the liveliest spaces within the platform. Drivers share photos from their routes and the landscapes they encounter while traveling across Argentina. For a company that historically lacked a common space, the feed became the first place where the Loginter community could truly see itself.
- Document management: Documents, signatures, and employee records are managed centrally, reducing manual tasks and streamlining processes that previously depended on email.
- Chats: Enable direct conversations between employees and managers without intermediaries or overloaded inboxes.
Additionally, thanks to Humand, Loginter developed an entire gamification area that encourages ongoing participation between employees and leaders. The result has been constant feedback within the Loginter community and a level of day-to-day connection that simply did not exist before.

A community coming together
The most profound change Humand brought to Loginter cannot be measured solely through usage metrics, but through cultural impact. A company that naturally operates with distance as an unavoidable aspect of its business found, for the first time, a place where all employees can be together simultaneously, seeing the same information, communicating with one another, and recognizing themselves as part of the same team.
“The greatest value we’ve found at Loginter, thanks to Humand, is being able to come together in this app, all of us, regardless of where we are.” Melisa Barceló (HR Consultant, Loginter)
