The Challenge
IMI SAS is a company with decentralized work teams and projects in different locations, which made internal communication a daily challenge. Updates, requests, and administrative procedures relied on paper-based processes, causing delays, unnecessary costs, and high resource consumption.
Requests such as employment certificates, permits, or vacation, as well as new staff hiring, involved physical forms and lengthy administrative times. The company needed a change that would unify all its teams, streamline management, and reduce its environmental impact.

The choice of Humand
The pandemic made it clear that remote and digital work was possible, and in that context, IMI SAS was looking for a comprehensive solution that combined efficiency, sustainability, and closeness. Humand offered exactly that: a platform that centralizes Human Resources management, internal communication, and organizational culture in one place.
The goal was clear: digitize processes, improve response times, eliminate excessive paper use, and give employees more autonomy to manage administrative tasks themselves, from anywhere.

The transformation: from paper to digital
The implementation of Humand marked a before and after.
All processes that previously relied on paper, such as employment certificates, vacation requests, permits, or hiring, are now managed 100% digitally; automated hiring reduced administrative time and eliminated paper-related costs.
Internal communication became instant and two-way; with tools like the social wall, automatic notifications, and digital forms, the company can share updates and receive requests in real time, regardless of each employee’s location. From day one, 100% of the staff has access to the platform, ensuring no one is left out of the conversation.
Humand also empowered employees; today, they can request permits, manage sick leaves, access courses and training, participate in surveys, and sign documents digitally, all from their mobile phones.
““What we value most about Humand is the easy access to information, both for the employees who are the users and for us from administration, because ultimately Human Resources is all about that: improving the employee experience within the company.””
