The new PDF Form includes everything available in the Forms module, plus new capabilities designed to simplify and strengthen document management:

  • Interactive PDF fields: text, numbers, dates, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns, and digital signatures.

  • Autofill fields: automatically complete employee data (name, position, date, etc.) with customizable date formats (MM/DD/AAAA or MM/YYYY).

  • Duplicate fields easily: copy and paste (CTRL+C / CTRL+V) or duplicate with one click.

  • Download files directly from the Agent Panel.

  • Web preview: review how the form will look before publishing.

  • Document signing within Humand.
