Growth also requires transforming management
Grupo BISA was founded in 2022, when it took over the distribution of Under Armour in Argentina. In the beginning, the team consisted of only five people.
Over time, the operation began to expand. In 2025, the group also added the distribution of On, Champion, and Mizuno, and the team grew to more than 50 employees.
This growth created a new challenge for Human Resources: managing an increasingly large and diverse organization without relying on manual processes that were difficult to scale.
Documents were printed, completed by hand, and stored in folders with plastic sleeves. Payslips were also delivered on paper, signed, and physically archived.
At the same time, vacations, leaves of absence, benefits, and requests related to each new hire required an increasingly organized approach.
Grupo BISA needed to modernize these processes to support its growth without adding complexity to its operations.
From paper folders to digital documents
With Humand, Grupo BISA transformed its document management and left printed forms behind.
Today, each employee can complete and sign documents digitally through the platform, while all information remains organized within their employee file and available in one place.
This new process includes key documents for each new hire, such as the offer letter and early employment registration. Once a person confirms their start, the Human Resources team creates their user account, uploads the documentation, and sends the files for signature.
Payslips are also managed monthly through Humand. Each employee receives, signs, and stores them in their digital folder. As a result, Grupo BISA eliminated paper from its document management and built a simpler, more organized, and easier-to-track process.
Requests that reach the right team
As the organization grew, the number of requests managed by Human Resources also increased. Through the Service Management module, Grupo BISA centralized different internal requests and established a clear workflow for each one.
When a new employee joins, for example, their manager can use Humand to request a computer, network access, and any other resources required for them to begin working.
The platform is also used to manage benefits and everyday requests. During their birthday month, each employee can choose a gift from one of the group’s brands. The request is sent directly to the corresponding person, who then generates the voucher.
In addition, vacations and leaves of absence are managed from the same place, reducing the need to use multiple channels or follow up outside the platform.
Four brands connected in one place
The transformation went beyond organizing Human Resources processes. One of the most important changes was the creation of a shared communication channel for the entire organization.
Through the Wall, the different brands share events, news, initiatives, and projects. This allows each employee to understand what other teams are working on, learn about the strategies of the other brands, and gain greater visibility into the group’s direction.
This visibility is especially valuable in a company made up of different operations that are all part of the same organization.
The content also remains available to people who join later. Each new employee can browse previous posts and learn about the group’s recent history, projects, and activities.
A platform that supports the next stage of growth
Grupo BISA currently has 58 active employees on Humand and continues to expand how it uses the platform.
The team is implementing the Goals module to begin managing monthly targets for the sales force. The next step will be to extend this process to the rest of the organization and track semiannual and annual goals.
This gradual expansion allows Humand to support the company’s new needs as they emerge.
The collaboration with the Humand team was also a central part of the experience. Grupo BISA highlighted the support received during implementation, the regular meetings, and the opportunity to develop new solutions collaboratively.
“Beyond helping Human Resources become more organized and allowing us to stop managing paper, communication has made a huge difference. Today, all the brands can share what they are working on and where they are headed in one place.”
With Humand, Grupo BISA built a management experience prepared to support its growth: paperless, with simpler processes and all its brands connected in one place.
