Between March and May 2025, Bass Tech rolled out Humand’s core modules, including Chat, Organizational Chart, Digital Magazine, Knowledge Library, Documents, Leave Management, Onboarding & Offboarding, Quick Links, Employee Experience, and the module for Birthdays, Celebrations, and Work Anniversaries.nnWithin just a few weeks, the platform became an essential part of its internal operations.nnNow, employees request vacation and overtime directly through the portal, which automatically generates reports and saves the HR team 2 to 3 hours of work per week.nnDigital evaluations are fully documented, and internal communication has shifted from informal messages to structured updates that are visible across the entire organization.
