The organization can make full and unlimited use of all the features of the system, which are mentioned in the “INTEGRAL SYSTEM FEATURES” section.
The system uses industry best security practices and is scalable. It is mounted on a cloud computing infrastructure oriented to a microservices architecture. The encryption algorithm used is BCRYPT, which, unlike the SHA standard, is not reversible, so sensitive data is protected.

✓ Training

Humand will provide all the necessary training to the customer and users.

✓ Customer Support

For support, the organization can be contacted by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp at any time. Humand is committed that between 09:00 and 18:00, the maximum response time is 4 hours (usually it is much less) and outside that time range, it can vary up to 10 hours. The Humand team’s priority is the success of the product within its organization.

✓ Customer Success

We will define metrics by which to be guided in order to measure the product’s success within the organization; Humand is committed that all decisions, advice and actions will be focused on improving these metrics that may be defined together. We work daily on the optimization of key metrics of the organization.

✓ Transparent Continuous Improvement

Humand will work to evolve and improve the product over time to better fulfill its function: the organization will automatically receive this technological evolution at no additional cost, incorporating all optimizations and improvements arising from experience with other customers. Humand’s commitment is to keep the organization always with a state-of-the-art product.

✓ Quarterly Business Review

Every three months, the organization will have reports and analysis on how the product is impacting the organization, the status of the metrics and results obtained. Based on this analysis, Humand will work together with the organization on actions to maximize the positive impact of the product. In turn, it will provide the space and opportunity to establish new success metrics for the product – with the understanding that the organization’s objectives and priorities may change over time.

If the project decides to expand to other geographies, we are in a position to replicate the system in other regions. Humand’s application is now available in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
