We’ve launched a new feature that allows employees to assign weights to their personal goals directly from their My Goals panel. This update gives employees greater autonomy to personalize their evaluations while allowing leaders to review and approve weights for more aligned and meaningful performance reviews.
Why We Launched This Update?
Until now, goal weights had to be defined and managed by leaders, which often slowed down the setup process and reduced flexibility.
With this update, employees can assign weights to their own goals, while leaders retain full control to review, validate, and approve these weights efficiently.
What’s Included
- Autonomy for employees: Employees can assign goal weights directly from the My Goals section using the new Edit Weights button.
- Streamlined approvals for leaders: Leaders can review the proposed weights and save & approve them in bulk.
- Locked after approval: Once leaders approve the weights, only they can modify them if needed.
- Bulk approval capability: Leaders can approve all weighted goals for each employee with a single click.
