A new feature in the Insights module brings visibility to the collaborators driving engagement in your organization. The “Most Active Users” chart helps HR teams and leaders celebrate participation and better understand the dynamics behind community interaction.
A Clear View of Community Engagement
Now available in the Activity tab, this new table lets you quickly identify the most active users based on the posts and comments they’ve shared over the last 28 days in Groups and Social Feed. It’s a simple yet powerful way to foster recognition, encourage participation, and support data-informed decisions about internal communication.
Why This Matters
📌 Understanding Your Most Engaged Contributors
In a thriving workplace community, not all interactions are visible at first glance. Behind every active conversation or announcement, there are team members who contribute consistently—and their participation often shapes the company’s culture and engagement levels. This new feature:
- Highlights who is contributing most in posts and comments.
- Helps identify ambassadors or champions of internal communication.
- Enables more informed decisions about engagement strategies.
🛠️ What’s Included
The Most Active Users chart is now available under the Activity tab in the Insights module, just below the 28-day activity summary. It includes:
- A dynamic table showing the top 10 collaborators by default, with the option to load more in batches of 10.
- 28-day rolling window to align with other metrics in the same section.
Table columns include:
- Full Name – Name of the collaborator.
- Posts Created – Total number of posts in feeds and groups.
- Comments Made – Total number of comments in feeds and groups.
- Activity Score – Calculated giving more weight to posts.
