Why We Introduced This Feature?
When users are part of multiple groups, finding the most relevant ones can take time and effort. Based on client feedback and identified opportunities, we developed this feature to help you prioritize your groups and access them quickly from a dedicated Pinned Groups section
What’s Included
With the new “Pinned Groups” option, every user can customize their menu based on their own preferences.
Key Features:
- Pin or unpin groups in a dedicated priority section.
- Users will now be able to access your pinned groups directly from the “Pinned Groups” area at the top of the menu that will appear in the order in which you select them.
Important Notes
- Pinned groups are personal and user-specific: each user chooses their own priorities.
- This feature is different from pinned posts, which are managed by admins for the entire community.
